BA Sociology Honours

The Department of Sociology at ETCES College for Advanced Studies encourages students to understand society, examine social relationships, and explore how communities, institutions, and cultures influence everyday life and change.

Understanding Society

Sociology explores how people live together, form relationships, and shape the societies around them. It examines the connections between individual experiences and wider social structures, helping students question familiar assumptions and consider different perspectives.

The BA Sociology Honours programme introduces students to the study of social life, institutions, and change. It develops an understanding of social issues alongside skills in observation, analysis, research, and communication.
